Hello, I'm Zi.Mi.米子

I grew up curious — about how leaves know when to fall, about why music can make a grown person cry, about what the body is really doing when it heals. That curiosity never quite settled, and so my life has wandered between laboratories, mountain trails, music studios, and quiet gardens.

By training I'm a scientist. I spent more than fifteen years in pharmaceutical development — bench work, regulatory rooms, late nights with data — learning how to listen to what molecules and bodies have to say.

Somewhere along the way, the questions got bigger than the experiments. I followed them into sound healing, qigong, tai chi, meditation, Reiki, plant medicine integration, and a great deal of walking in the woods.

Today Hebe Sciences is the small, slow space where all of that lives together. It's where I share what I'm learning about art, aroma, frequency, and the everyday practice of being a curious, kind, grown-up human.
